Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy from date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Product will be exchanged if it is defective or damaged.  

Please mail the item to Crafty Ponies Canada 47 - 20821 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC  V3A 0B6.

Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider shipping larger valued items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
